Shalom Baby is a program which welcomes parents, their babies & toddlers into the Northern New Jersey's Jewish community. First time parents receive a Shalom Baby tote bag filled with gifts and resources from the community. We also offer monthly play groups and special events which help new parents find support and build social connection during this special time in their lives. The reason for my starting this group-I am a stay at home mom with an 11 month old daughter and a 9 year old Chihuahua who is also like my baby.   I have found since my daughter was born last May, I have spent a little less time with my fur baby. My name is Angie, and I'm a new mom to 4 month old Jackson. We are excited about making new friends, and growing our group by having reoccuring "Friday Fun Days" for moms and babies.
